We know you’ll love our products, but if for some reason you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us regarding any returns or exchanges and we’ll be happy to help. Please include your order number and product description with the reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we'll review it and may ask for photos of the product to better understand the issue.
Please complete the ‘Return Request’ below within 7 days of receiving your order and you can return any unwanted item to us for a refund, exchange or credit note of the purchase price minus 5% transaction fee charge and delivery fee.
You have 5 days, from the date of ‘Return Request’ to return an item(s). The products must be in its original re-saleable condition that you received it, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. So don’t get too excited and pull the tags off or assemble the product before you are sure!
If your order was delivered free of charge, you will be responsible for the initial order delivery fee in addition to the return delivery fee. This will be deducted from the refund.
You as the customer are responsible for the delivery fee for returns. As Make Believe Co. is not liable for any lost items being returned, we would recommend that you return the item(s) using a courier partner for tracking purposes. Please email this tracking number through to us so that we can look out for it. We can only offer a free return if an item you have received has a fault; in this situation, your return postage will be refunded once the item has been received by us.
FAULTY GOODS
At Make Believe Co., we take great care to ensure all our products leave our studio in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please reach out to us right away.
Returns will be considered for items with manufacturing defects or those damaged during transit. We may ask for some photos of the damage or fault and a copy of your proof of purchase to assist us in understanding the issue.
If the product is found to be damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace it (subject to stock availability) or offer you a full refund or store credit. If we need the damaged item returned, we'll provide you with clear instructions to ensure it gets back to us safely via our couriers.
REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS AND SALE ITEMS
We do not refund or exchange sale items and gift vouchers.
GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK
If your returned item(s) are in their original condition with tags on and in their original packaging, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days upon receipt of the item(s).
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited. Refunds will be to the original method of payment. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
Please note: Some credit card issuers or banks may take a longer period to process the refund and make funds available to you.
