We know you’ll love our products, but if for some reason you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us regarding any returns or exchanges and we’ll be happy to help. Please include your order number and product description with the reason for the return or exchange.
Please complete the ‘Return Request’ below within 7 days of receiving your order and you can return any unwanted item to us for a refund (minus postage costs). You have 5 days, from the date of ‘Return Request’ to return an item(s). The products must be in its original re-saleable condition that you received it, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. So don’t get too excited and pull the tags off before you are sure!
You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. As Make Believe Co. is not liable for any lost items being returned, we would recommend that you return the item(s) using registered mail for tracking purposes. Please email this tracking number through to us so that we can look out for it. We can only offer a free return if an item you have received has a fault; in this situation, your return postage will be refunded once the item has been received by us.
REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS AND SALE ITEMS
We do not refund or exchange sale items and gift vouchers.
GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK
If your returned item(s) are in their original condition with tags on and in their original packaging, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days upon receipt of the item(s).
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited. Refunds will be to the original method of payment. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
Please note: Some credit card issuers or banks may take a longer period to process the refund and make funds available to you.
